●      Getting Started

  • How do I register?
  • To place an order, you first have to create an account. You can register with these 3 simple steps:
    1. Go to http://www.sundayshop.sg
    2. Click on ‘Sign Up’ (in the upper right corner)
    3. Fill in your email and password and click ‘Sign Up’
  • Do you deliver to my neighbourhood?
  • HL Enterprise currently delivers only to addresses within mainland Singapore.
  • How do I update my delivery address, email, or password?
  • Once you’ve signed up, you can click on My Account at the top of the home page. Here, you can edit your account information. If you are still having issues, please feel free to contact us via email at help@sundayshop.sg or call us at 68537401.

●      Sundayshop Credits

  • What are Sundayshop Credits?
  • Sundayshop Credits are issued by HL Enterprise . Credits are equivalent to its amount in dollar value i.e. $1.00 of Sundayshop Credits is equivalent to SGD 1.00.
  • There are 2 types of Credits:
  • 1) Refund Credits – HL Enterprise makes a refund to you.
  • 2) Referral Credits – Credits you earn when you make a successful referral or when you are referred to setup a Sundayshop account.
  • You can view your Credits in your account when you log in as shown in the screenshot below.
  • You can use these Credits towards your Sundayshop purchase when you commence checkout.
  • When you select the option to use your Credits by sliding the button to your right, it is automatically applied to your total.
  • Usage Policy for Sundayshop Credits:
  • Please note that should you choose to use your Sundayshop Credits (Refund or Referral Credits), the full sum of the Refund Credits will be applied towards your next order. However, for Referral Credits, only a maximum of $20 Sundayshop Referral Credits can be applied per transaction.
  • Should the amount of Credits exceed your order total and you choose to apply your Credits, we will only utilise the amount up to your order total. Any remaining Credit will be stored in your account and used for your subsequent orders.
  • What is the Sundayshop Referral Program about?
  • I am an existing customer and I’d like to invite my friends
  • The Sundayshop Referral Program rewards you when you invite your friends to shop with us. For every successful referral, you’ll get $10 worth of Sundayshop Credits that you can use on your next Sundayshop purchase!
  • Step 1: Refer Your Friends
  • Log into your Sundayshop account and go to your Account page. You have a unique referral link. Select if you’d like to share it via email, Facebook or Twitter (or all three!) Note that invitations cannot be sent to existing customers of Sundayshop.
  • Step 2: Your Friends Make Their First Sundayshop Purchase
  • If your friend clicks on your referral link, they will be invited to set up an account with us. Your friend will receive $10 Sundayshop Credits that they can use for their first purchase on Sundayshop once they have set up their Sundayshop account. After they have made their first successful purchase with a minimum spend of $49, you will also receive $10 Sundayshop Credits. Your friend must sign up via your unique referral link for you to receive $10 Sundayshop Credits.
  • Step 3: Use Your Sundayshop Credits Towards Your Next Purchase
  • When you are ready to checkout your order, select the option to redeem your credits on the same page where you key in your payment information.
  • If you have just been referred by a friend to try out our service, visit http://www.sundayshop.sg to get started.
  • Conditions of Sundayshop Referral Credits:
    1. Other coupon codes cannot be simultaneously applied when you use your Sundayshop referral Credits.
    2. Your friend will need to spend $49 on their first purchase in order for you to receive $10 worth of Sundayshop Credits.
    3. You can redeem up to a maximum of $20 Sundayshop referral Credits per transaction.
    4. Your Sundayshop referral Credits expire 90 days from your last transaction.
    5. Note that these conditions apply only to Sundayshop Credits obtained via the Referral program
  • I’m new to Sundayshop and my friend referred me, where do I start?
  • I was invited by my friend to try out Sundayshop.
  • At Sundayshop, we help you save you time and money for the important things in life. You can shop for your groceries, drinks, household essentials, baby needs and more – and have them all delivered to your home.
  • It’s easy to start. Log in and start browsing. If you see something you need, add it to your cart. We’ll save the items for you so that you can easily checkout when you’re ready.
  • Place your order and your items will be packed with care and delivered right to your doorstep with a smile!
  • As a Sundayshop Shopper, you’ll enjoy:
    1. Saving time and money for the important things in life
    2. Delivery on weekdays, weekends and public holidays from 10am to 10pm
  • Step 1: Sign up for a Sundayshop account
  • Click on your friend’s referral link and sign up for your Sundayshop account. You will receive $10 worth of Sundayshop Credits that you can use towards your first purchase.
  • Step 2: Select your groceries and add to cart
  • Start browsing our virtual aisles. If you see something you need, add it to your cart. We’ll save the items for you so that you can easily checkout when you’re ready.
  • Step 3: Use your Sundayshop Credits on your first purchase
  • Choose to use your Sundayshop Credits at the payment page. Other coupon codes cannot be simultaneously applied. Your Sundayshop Credits expire 15 days after you register an account.
  • Step 4: Invite your friends to shop at Sundayshop
  • You can also your friends and earn Sundayshop Credits for each successful referral. Note that referrals will not be valid for existing Sundayshop customers.
  • Conditions of Sundayshop Referral Credits:
    1. Other coupon codes cannot be simultaneously applied when you use your Sundayshop referral Credits.
    2. You will need to spend at least $49 on your first purchase in order for your friend to receive $10 worth of Sundayshop Credits.
    3. You can redeem up to a maximum of $20 Sundayshop Referral Credits per transaction.
    4. Your Sundayshop Referral Credits expire 15 days after you register an account.

●      Orders

  • How do I place my order?
    1. Go to http://www.Sundayshop.sg
    2. Click ‘Sign In’ on the upper right side of the website
    3. Fill in your email address and password then click ‘Sign In’
    4. Select all the products that you want, choose the quantity and click ‘Add to cart’. You may also adjust the quantity or remove items once they are in your cart
    5. After selecting all the items that you want, go to the shopping basket icon to in the upper right corner and click ‘Checkout Now’
    6. Once you have checked that the items and amount are correct, click Checkout
    7. Select your Delivery Address, Delivery Date & Time, and Mode of Payment, then click ‘Next: Review’
    8. On the next page, click ‘Place Order’ and you are all finished!
    9. You will receive an order confirmation shortly via your registered email.
    10. You can also check your Order History to ensure that your order has been processed.
  • What is “”My List”” and how does it work?
  • Your “”My List”” is a collection of all the items you have bought in the past and is a quick and easy way to fill your cart with your favorite products. Every time you make a purchase, the items you purchase are automatically added to your list. You may also add items to your list by clicking the “Add to List” button on each product page. All the items are neatly organized by category, and you can also save the quantity that you regularly buy. To shop from “”My List”” simply go to the checked box icon at the top of the page and add to your cart. Shopping has never been this easy. Just click, click, done!
  • About adding an item to your cart
  • Items added to your Cart will be available from any compatible web browser or the Sundayshop mobile app that has been signed in to your account.
  • Placing an available item in your cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Checkout Now and initiate the checkout process. Your items will then be reserved for 30 minutes.
  • Tip: If your Cart is empty or items are missing from it, it is likely that you are not logged into your account.
  • How can I order in bulk?
  • If your order is more than the max cap quantity in the website, please send an email to help@Sundayshop.sg of the products and quantities you would like to order. You can also call 68537401 to speak to our friendly Customer Service Representatives.
  • Can I change, cancel or add items to my order?
  • If you would like to make changes to your order, please inform us at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery timing. We will do our best to accommodate your request – though we’d really appreciate it if you’d be able to give as much notice time as possible.
  • HL Enterprise reserves the right to charge the customer a cancellation fee up to the cost of items ordered in the event that we are only notified after your items have been picked and are ready for delivery.
  • What happens to my cart if I leave before checking out?
  • If you have an account with us, we’ll save everything in your cart. The next time you come back, you can pick up from where you left off.
  • Placing an available item in your cart does not reserve that item. Available inventory is only assigned to your order after you click Checkout Now and initiate the checkout process. Your items will then be reserved for 30 minutes.
  • How can I check on my order?
  • It’s easy to check your order status. Just go to “My Account” on the top menu and check your order history. If you have any specific questions about your order, please email us at help@Sundayshop.sg or call 68537401.

  • How do I find products on Sundayshop?
  • There are a number of ways you can find products:
    1. By Category – See the red bar along the top of the page for our product Categories with more specific Sub-Categories below. Once on any Sub-category page you can narrow your browsing further by selecting one of the filters on the left hand side.
    2. Product Search – Simply type the product you are looking for into the search bar at the top of the site and click Go!
    3. “My List” – After your first order, your “My List” will be full of items you have previously ordered. Just click the red Add to Cart button to buy these products. Click the button again to up the quantity.
  • Our Sundayshop Quality Promise
  • At Sundayshop, we work hard to ensure that the quality of our products are maintained.
  • Every product will be delivered to your home within the manufacturer’s recommended best by, or expiration date. Our policy of days-to-expiry does vary by product line, and this in turn may depend on the manufacturer’s policy.
  • If a product from our supplier does not meet our Sundayshop quality standards we may choose not to deliver it to the customer, rather than deliver a product we are not happy with. In these cases the customer will be given a full refund/credit for the item.

  • The product origin on my item looks different from the website.
  • From time to time, our supplier may change the country of origin of their products. Where possible, we will endeavour to ensure this information is reflected in the online store, but there may be instances where the Country of Origin (COO) of product received will be different from what is being displayed on the Sundayshop website.
  • Storage and Delivery of Products
  • Reading Food Labels
  • Our food and non-food products comply with the labelling requirements set by the relevant authorities such as the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA), the Health Sciences Authority (HSA), the National Environment Agency (NEA) and SPRING Singapore. Besides ensuring stringent food safety standards our product labelling also helps you to make informed choices. For example, you can easily select halal-certified products at a glance.

  • How do I take advantage of the latest deals and promotions on Sundayshop?
  • The On Sale tab on the home page contains all of the items currently on promotion. If an item in your “My List” is on promotion, the discount will automatically be applied to your order.
  • What if a product I ordered is out of stock?
  • Our apologies! We do our best to ensure the products listed on our site are always in stock, however in the rare circumstance that your ordered product is not available, we will contact you to either suggest a replacement or issue a refund. Products are generally back in stock in 5-7 days, however if there is a specific item you want to enquire about, please contact us any time at help@Sundayshop.sg or call 68537401 for a specific estimated date of availability.
  • ID Check for Alcohol Deliveries
  • All alcohol deliveries must be received by persons aged 18 or above.
  • We reserve the right to request for a valid photo ID to verify that the recipient is above 18 years old.

●      Payment

  • What are the modes of payment can I use?
  • You can choose to pay with any of the following:
  • Online – With PayPal or credit card
  • How do I enter a discount code?
  • You’ll have the opportunity to enter any discount or coupon codes during the payment stage of the checkout process. Simply enter the code (e.g. ‘likeSundayshop’) followed by the ‘Enter’ button on the right.
  • Once the code has been successfully redeemed, the total amount will be updated. If there are any issues, you will see a small red box explaining the issue.
  • Do note that discount codes are not case-sensitive.
  • We accept credit cards or PayPal when ordering online and our new website and iPhone app allow you to store multiple credit cards on file so you only have to enter your payment details once and then can check out with one click thereafter.
  • Is Sundayshop secure?
  • We take every precaution to protect your privacy and to prevent misuse of the private information you provide us. Please note that while we make reasonable efforts to safeguard your personal information once we receive it, no transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Refer to our full Security & Privacy Policy.
  • Will my information be kept private?
  • Of course! We use your information only to process orders, to provide an enhanced and personalized shopping experience, and to inform you of special Sundayshop offers and discounts. We will not release your personal information to any third party unless you have granted us explicit permission to do so. Refer to our privacy policy for further details.
  • Delivery
  • When can I get my shopping delivered?
  • There are delivery slots available in 2-hour delivery windows. These are available from 10am to 10pm, 7 days a week. Each delivery slot has a maximum capacity, so place your order in advance to guarantee the slot you want.
  • What are your delivery times?
  • We deliver to you seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Our delivery hours are from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.
  • You can choose your preferred two-hour delivery slot during the checkout process.
  • What’s the minimum order to receive free delivery?
  • If you are a first time customer, you can enjoy free delivery above $30*. Existing customers enjoy free delivery above $49*. Given our selection of over 14,000 products, it shouldn’t be hard to qualify for free delivery. In the event that you are below the free delivery minimum, we charge a flat fee of $7.
  • *For a limited time period.
  • How will I know the earliest date/time for delivery?
  • Please enter your 6 digit postal code to check the Earliest Delivery Time & Date for your area at the Sundayshop homepage.
  • You can select your preferred 2-hour timeslot when you check out.
  • I would like to change my delivery address after I’ve placed my order.
  • A change of delivery address after checkout is not permitted. If the delivery address needs to be changed after an order has been placed, this order will have to be cancelled first and then reordered to the new address. Sundayshop reserves the right to charge customers a cancellation fee of S$10.00.
  • Please note that if orders are cancelled or if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slots, Sundayshop reserves the right to charge the Customer a cancellation or re-delivery fee of S$10.00.
  • How can I change my 2-hour delivery time slot?
  • Please call 668537401 or email us at help@Sundayshop.sg and indicate your new preferred 2-hour delivery window, which must be within 1 day from your initial order.
  • What if I want to give an ATL (Authority To Leave) my delivery at my doorstep security/guard/concierge?
  • For paid orders, you can send an email to help@Sundayshop.sg or call us at 68537401 to give an ATL (Authority To Leave) at your doorstep/security guard/ concierge. Please note that this ATL means a transfer responsibility for the goods to you or your authorized personnel.
  • What if I’m not home for my delivery?
  • If you are not able to let us know ahead of time and miss your delivery, please contact us via email at help@Sundayshop.sg or call us at 68537401. We will do our best to reschedule your delivery as soon as possible.
  • Please note that if orders are cancelled or if no one is at the delivery location to receive the order during the chosen delivery slots, Sundayshop reserves the right to charge the Customer a cancellation or re-delivery fee of S$10.00.
  • Who will deliver my order?
  • At Sundayshop we have our own fleet of speedy delivery vans and friendly Delivery Representatives. Your order will be packed with care and delivered right to your doorstep with a smile!
  • Ratings and Reviews
  • What are ratings and reviews?
  • Ratings and reviews are your chance to tell us what you think of the products you’ve bought from us. Since you depend on a large number our products on a day-to-day basis, this is a chance for you to share how well they work for you.
  • Our aim is to help you and your fellow customers make better decisions when you shop at Sundayshop. With our ever-growing range, it may even help you discover a new product that you might fall in love with.
  • How long does it take for my review to be published on the site?
  • Our review process takes 2-3 working days, and you will be notified via email when your review is published on our site.
  • Why was my review rejected?
  • In accordance with our website guidelines, Sundayshop reserves the right to reject reviews that
    • Have insufficient text
    • Contain spam or duplicate content
    • Include personally identifying info
    • Are inappropriate or unrelated to the product
    • Direct business away from Sundayshop.sg
    • Include competitor references
    • Include URLs

●    Returns and Exchanges

  • I have a problem with my product.
  • We ask that you please check your order upon delivery. If you’re not completely happy with your fresh products, let us know within 7 days from your delivery date and we’ll give you a full refund.
  • Can I return products to Sundayshop?
  • Our goal is to make you happy! If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email us at help@Sundayshop.sg or call us at 68537401 WITHIN 7 DAYS OF YOUR DELIVERY DATE and we’ll do our best to resolve the matter either by replacing the product or by issuing you a credit. All we ask is that the product is not used or expired, and is in the original box and/or packaging.

●    Technical

  • I am having difficulties accessing the website. What should I do?
  • Does it only happen when you’re trying to load Sundayshop.sg? Try loading another website just to check. If you still get the same message, you’ll need to contact your internet service provider.
  • For the best Sundayshop.sg experience, please ensure that you are using one of the following supported browsers:

  • Why am I unable to login?
  • If you face multiple login errors, there may be a problem with your password. You may want to try resetting your password by selecting the ‘Forget Password’ option.
  • If you still find that you are unable to login to your account, please email us at help@Sundayshop.sg or call 68537401 and we will be happy to reset your password for you.
  • How do I shop on-the-go with my mobile?
  • We have apps both for Android and iOS platforms.
  • Step 1: Open the Sundayshop app and click on the ‘3 lines’ icon on the top left of the screen. This will display the categories, as well as ‘”My List”‘ and ‘My Account’, which allow you to check your list and access your account respectively.
  • Step 2: Start browsing. Select an item by tapping on it. When you select the ‘Add to Cart’ option, you will receive a notification that the item has been added to your cart. You will also be able to adjust the quantity by moving the slider to indicate the quantity desired.
  • Step 3: Tapping on the cart icon on the top right hand side of the screen will pull up your cart list. Before you checkout, if applicable, you can choose to apply a promo code by tapping on the top bar and enter the Go button on keyboard (Android) or Done button on keyboard (iOS).
  • The discounted price will be reflected in the summary in the bottom after successful redemption.
  • Step 4: When you are ready to checkout, tap on Checkout Now button; Login or Sign up if customer is not already registered. Once registered, follow through the checkout steps and click Place My Order in the last step. If using Credit Card, enter OTP and if successful, customer should see a order confirmation dialog.
  • Step 5: You can choose to ‘Add to Calendar’ if you would to remember the delivery time and date. Alternatively, you can also check your order information by selecting ‘My Account’ and selecting ‘Order History’.
  • How do I update my Sundayshop iPhone app to the latest available version?
  • Simply open the iTunes App Store on your iPhone, and tap the Updates icon at the bottom of the screen.
  • If you see (in the middle of the screen) a message that says, “All Apps are Up-to-date,” then none of the apps on your iPhone require an update at this time. If an app needs updating, it appears with an Update button next to it. If you see an Update button next to the Sundayshop app, tap the button to update the app. If more than one app needs updating, you can update them all at once by tapping the Update All button at the bottom of the screen.
